Signup Instructions

Select the service you would like to attend

For each family, please create one sign-up entry

1. Select one family member and enter their full name.
2. Enter the number of people in your family/group.
3. Enter e-mail address.
4. Enter a phone number.
5. Enter the first name of all members of the family (to include the person in step 1)
