Wednesday Lenten Lectures at Saints Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church in Glenview Illinois: The theme is “Journeys to Orthodoxy.” 

Six persons will share their stories of how they heard of, learned about, and decided to join the Church, and how they have changed since then.

Please join us in listening to their journeys as we journey through Great and Holy Lent.

Please join us for a meaningful Lenten project. No sewing experience is necessary. A light Lenten lunch will be served.

Please donate for supplies and fabric. The average cost to make each blanket is $9.00.

Your friends and family will love this beautiful and delicious Easter Basket as part of their Pasha celebration.
The Easter Bakery Basket costs $100 and includes Tsoureki (1 pound loaf), Baklava (6 pieces), Kourambiethes (9 pieces), Koulourakia (12 pieces) and Melamakrona (9 pieces).
Please place your order as early as possible as a limited number of baskets are available for sale.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Philoxenia House providing free housing to patients and families of Mayo Clinic.

Please join us for a delicious traditional bakalao luncheon hosted by the Philoptochos made possible by a generous donation by Gigi and Louie Pappas & family and catered by Fountain Blue Banquets.
Please purchase your tickets early as space is limited. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Water for Tanzania – Build a Well, a SSPP initiative.

Vacation Church School 2025

Age: 3 years old through 5th grade as of September 1st. Kids must be potty trained!
Theme: Orthodoxy around the world.

Vacation church school is a week-long day camp that offers religious education, games, crafts, and valuable fellowship. Each day features diverse themes and lessons, including a service project that instills the importance of giving back. Vacation church school creates lasting memories for children to carry with them. The goal of the week is to deepen their connection to the faith while fostering a greater understanding of the significance of the church in their lives.

Cost: $218 per kid.
Includes the whole week, supplies, activities, T-shirt, and luncheon on Friday.
