Catechism Classes
Interested in learning more about your Faith? On January 8th the next Introduction to Orthodox Christianity session begins. Classes are open to all for this 12-week period, but especially those interested in joining the Church through Baptism and/or Chrismation. There is no cost and it’s a great way for everyone of any age (teenage and above) and background to learn about our Faith.
Pickup Date: Saturday, April 27 11am – 1pm or Sunday, April 28th at the Palm Sunday Bake Sale following Divine Liturgy

Your friends and family will love this beautiful and delicious Easter Basket as part of their Pasha celebration. The Easter Bakery Basket costs $100 and includes Tsoureki (1 pound loaf), Baklava (6 pieces), Kourambiethes (9 pieces), Koulourakia (12 pieces) and Melamakrona (9 pieces). Please place your order as early as possible as a limited number of baskets are available for sale.
All are invited to give a gift for the purchase of flowers during Lent. Your gifts may be designated in memory/honor of a loved one or in Thanksgiving to God.

Description:
Spring Camp is an excellent opportunity to meet new friends and share your faith with others. We have a lot of fun activities planned, including games, religious activities, and plenty of opportunities for fellowship. The goal is to bring Orthodox Christian youth closer to God, the Church, and their community. Join us for this weekend free of technology.
Cost $95
Includes: Lodging, food, supplies
Please join us for a Lenten project to make blankets to be donated to the University of Illinois Pediatric Unit. No sewing experience is necessary.
Please donate for supplies and fabric. The average cost to make each blanket is $9.00.

Age: 3 years old through 5th grade as of September 1st. Kids must be potty trained!

Vacation church school is a week-long day camp that offers religious education, games, crafts, and valuable fellowship. Each day features diverse themes and lessons, including a service project that instills the importance of giving back. Vacation church school creates lasting memories for children to carry with them. The goal of the week is to deepen their connection to the faith while fostering a greater understanding of the significance of the church in their lives. We will have one field trip for the week.
Cost: $212 per kid.
Includes the whole week, supplies, field trip, activities, T-shirt, and luncheon on Friday.
