Soup Kitchen Success at Saint Paul Lutheran Church in Evanston

The outreach event was to prepare and serve a meal to about 90 guests. There were 7 helpers: Jim and Ann Gottreich, Brad and Doreen DeSent, Jim and Wendee Schavocky, and Joanne Trahanas.

  The extra basket passed during lent paid for the meal that was prepared by DeGeo’s.

It is always a good feeling to help those who have less than we are blessed with. Thank you to our volunteers and to everyone who gave during lent.
